CAMA Awards 2017

We sponsored the Cine Art Music Appreciation Awards(CAMA) 2017, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. These Bollywood Entertainment Awards organized first time in Gujarat to recognize and motivate the artists of Bollywood. This award function was organized on 23rd April at Rajpath Club. Bollywood Celebrities, singers, dancers, musicians, choreographers and Cine Industries were invited and given awards in the categories like Best Singer, Best Dancer, Best Lyricist etc. Crowd of 10,000 plus was present.

Optiqua Pipes and Electricals Private Limited (hereinafter referred as OPEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of La-Gajjar Machineries Private Limited (Subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited), in accordance with the consent of their Board of Directors has executed Joint Venture Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement including other deeds/documents with ESVA Pumps India Private Limited, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu (hereinafter referred as ESVA) on 31st August 2021.

OPEPL will acquire a 49% stake in the equity share capital of ESVA. ESVA is engaged in the business of manufacturing different kinds of pumps used for commercial, agricultural and domestic purposes
